Yes. Site viewings or site trippings may be scheduled in advance. Transportation is provided free of charge, subject to availability, to make your viewing experience more convenient and comfortable.
The reservation fee secures your chosen unit and temporarily removes it from the market while your documents are being processed. Reservation fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project’s terms and conditions.
We offer flexible payment options to accommodate different financial needs, including spot cash payments, in-house financing, and Pag-IBIG housing loan financing.
Yes. Once you reserve a unit, you will be assigned a designated back-office representative who will assist you throughout the Pag-IBIG housing loan application process, from document submission to approval.
Down payment requirements vary depending on the project, unit type, and chosen payment scheme. Our property specialists and back-office team will provide you with a detailed computation and payment schedule.

Property turnover schedules depend on the project’s development status and the terms outlined in your contract. Specific turnover timelines will be discussed during buyer counseling.
